Safer Spaces Panel Talk
A collaborative conference concept created for Dr. Martens advocating for safer spaces in the German music industry. +233c brought together musicians, labels, agencies, and festival organizers to create meaningful dialogue around inclusion, LGBTQAI+ experiences, and safer working conditions in music.
We selected opinion leaders not for their follower counts but for their lived experience and industry credibility. The panel, moderated by Shari Who and featuring Serious Klein, King LX, Liz Somer, and Terry Miller, was designed to create real dialogue, not brand-safe optics. Conference concept, talent curation, production, and content were all handled by +233c.
The conference positioned Dr. Martens as a genuine advocate within the music community, building authentic relationships with opinion leaders across Germany's music and LGBTQAI+ communities. Local brand awareness grew and emotional connection to brand values strengthened measurably.
