+233C was born from the need to strengthen the cultures and communities we work inside of, not just represent them. Since 2012, alongside every brand campaign we deliver, we’ve used our resources, our network and our creativity to connect, inform and inspire the people who actually make culture move.
Our initiatives are where that belief lives on its own terms, outside any client brief. come.unity is where we bring people together through events, gatherings and content built for real participation, not one-off activation. come.unity lab exists to pass on what we’ve learned: studio access, mentorship and room to grow for the next generation of creatives and cultural workers.
Community, education and cultural participation aren’t three separate efforts. They’re the same commitment, seen from different angles. You can’t build genuine access to culture without investing in the people who carry it forward.
Across both, the same principle holds: relationships, participation and access come first. Communities are never just an audience to activate.

Movement / Art / Sound / Digital
come.unity is +233c’s own cultural platform: recurring gatherings across music, dance, art and conversation, built so people actually meet each other. Not a brand activation, but our own initiative on our own terms, run alongside every brand campaign we deliver, never part of one.
Events, gatherings, conversations, music, dance and collaborative formats: recurring, not one-off.
People. Music. Movement. Real rooms, real nights.

Creative / Skill / Wellbeing / Collaborative
come.unity lab is +233c’s education arm: studio access, mentorship and paid opportunities for creatives who don’t yet have the network to get in the room. Access shouldn’t depend on who you already know: we open doors for the next generation of creatives and cultural workers.
Workshops, studio sessions and mentorship circles: hands-on skills, not lectures.
Stay connected to formats, gatherings, workshops and stories from the +233c ecosystem.
